Was not satisfied with my pizza....Hawaiian BBQ chicken It was dry and had no pineapple on it. Will not be ordering again.
We order from this location quite a bit, as it is the only restaurant that delivers to our address/immediate area. The food is... great and the delivery drivers are always super nice. The couple of times I've had food issues, the manager made it right. Theonly time I had a bad delivery experience is when they were using door dash drivers last summer. Let's face it, there are countless pizza places for a reason. Papa John's is my absolute favorite. There's something about it... that others just fall short (in my opinion). And the garlic sauce.... MMMMM. But seriously, I've always had great service here.Food is consistently great with almost wait. If you've never been to a Papa John's, you're doing yourself a great disservice.Don't just take my word for it, just check it out. Always fast, always fresh, and always good. Never been disappointed. *Edit: I see a lot of people saying it took over an hour to... get their pizza, everyone is short staffed. If you want your pizza immediately go pick it up. Give the people that showed up abreak. My delivery time was accurate. Read more
Took over an hour to make & drive an order less than 10mins to its destination; "approximately" 31minutes was a lie. Manager is... no help whatsoever. Why pay a delivery fee when you're over an hour late, & I made it to your store before your delivery personeven made it to my house? Worthless. ZERO stars. Read more
Made an online delivery order and got an esitmate of 31 minutes. Over an hour later it showed up. Went to the location after... spending 15 minutes trying to get through on the phone and got a manager that frankly didn't care. Not good Papa John's. Notgood at all. Read more
