They did not have piles place brewed when I pulled up. I placed my order and waited 10 mins.

Starbucks is always good. I prefer their cold tea drinks, however. You shld try them.

Nice people, good service. Not too crowded, except the drive thru, which I?ve never tried because the line is always... long. Sometimes they forget to turn on their ?order ahead? service, so if you don?t see it, that?s probably the case. Read more

Not sure what?s the problem with this place. There could be 1 other customer and it takes hours to get your drink. Last time I... was there the manager who also just rang me up for my drink was talking to another customer about firing someone. Well then 25min went by of me waiting there for my drink and this ?manager? was putzing around literally wiping things down not even helpingthe other employees get together drive thru and mobile orders on top of me just sitting there waiting for so long then shemust?ve noticed me and made my drink and I was on my way. Why couldn?t she just help out all along or did she forget about myorder while talking about firing employees. I?ll never know Read more

The worst Starbucks in Harford county. The customer service is horrible and depreciate the brand Starbucks. I ordered a coffee... which isn?t on the menu (I customized a coffee with my cream no sugars) was told they can make me something SIMILAR but not whatI asked for because it isn?t a menu item. I advised that any other Starbucks customize my coffee the manager was RUDE and deeplyneeds training in customer service. If you like your drinks a particular way STAY AWAY. They are to lazy to do their job andwill not go the extra mile for customers. Read more

Standing in Starbucks right now typing this review using Starbucks wireless. Never been prompted to write a review but the... Starbucks woman behind the counter was rude and walked away instead of taking my order at the register. She seems toopreoccupied with something other than her job. I overheard the Starbucks woman say something regarding ?I don?t have time forthis.? Hopefully she was not referring to me? Perhaps she should have stayed home instead of coming to work? Almond drink wasgreat (spectacular, actually) but not worth returning because of the attitude. Read more
