Im going to be completely honest here. I hate coming to Pollo Regio, especially this location. I only come because my son loves... the rice. It's rare when I pull up to the speakers and they answer, I usually sit there and wait a few minutes before anyonegreets me, sometimes I get irritated and say "HELLO?!". It's been a few times that I skip the speaker and head straight to thewindow because nobody takes my order. How hard is it to say "Hi welcome to Pollo Regio, give me a second please". That'sliterally my only issue, they just take too long EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Whether they have multiple cars or not. Read more
This is my all time favorite restaurant I always come in the mornings and the staff has amazing customer service.

Absolutely disgusting. I open the container and a whole fly flew out of it. How could they bag up the food and close the... container with a fly, and the pepper looks bitten and food is messy. And I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for my food.But I?m mainly upset and disgusted by the fly really flying out of the container touching all of my food the whole ride home. Read more
I love this location!!!! I always order the grilled chicken salad and the lettuce is always fresh!!! The wait is bare minimum... and if it takes a little longer believe the grilled chicken is fresh and hot? and the lady at the drive thru with the long hairand braid has excellent customer service!!! Shes very sweet and polite! I used to stop at the location on 121 and beach but theyalways take along time so i just travel out of my way and go to this one every time!!!!
