Terrible service. Ordered a cherry limeade and it tasted so bitter because it had 4 big limes and about 5 cherries in there when... there should only be one of each. Also ordered a oreo sonic blast and it was filled with mostly oreos and very little ice cream. Read more

Burnt bread, wasn?t even the top of the bread, missed my fries, food was cold. Worst experience ever. Do better.

If I could put zero stars it would be overrated. Sat and waited for 15 minutes after the order was placed for them to inform me... that they couldn't make a sonic blast because their machine was broken. Really? Took you 15 minutes to tell me that? And this isnot the first time we have had an issue with this restaurant. About a month ago I was told that they couldn't make a milkshakebecause they didn't have any ice cream. If you don't have product why are you open? This is ridiculous will NEVER BE BACK HEREAGAIN. Glad that Braum's is next door. At least I get what I order. SMH Escalating this to the franchise owner will do no good.He obviously doesn't care as he has several poor reviews and this restaurant has not gotten any better. Read more

20 minutes waiting on drinks! It?s not even busy. Staff is rude and doesn?t care. I keep hoping that each visit will be better... than the last one but consistently it?s been the same or worse. Not sure if it was just a bad day or... First time here last time for sure. Order was wrong. Not friendly. Not hot. Barely warm.... Bare minimum service and interaction. The guy could not hear me at all on the speaker but the order ended up being correct onthe screen but wrong on the receipt somehow. I had to repeat myself probably a dozen times and I'm usually heard pretty easily. Read more

The worst. My wife ordered some drinks on the app and the place was closed. We never got a refund. Just now, our tiny... pre-order took 10 minutes and they wouldn?t even give us the condiments that you can?t even opt out of on the app! And thecarhop couldn?t be bothered to remove his AirPods to listen?. Pathetic. Let this place go under. Read more

There is no sense of urgency with the carhops at this location. You could pull up before another car, press the red button, and... still not have your order taken by the time the car that pulled up after you, has already verbally ordered & gotten their food.I've waited as long as 30 mins for a single item order (large water with lemon) needless to say I left prior to receiving mysingle item order because of time constraints. They should change the signs for this location to slownic. Even if you orderahead you will be waiting well past your desired pick up/check in time. Be patient your food will be out in a few hours. ?? I had an extremely big order placed at Sonic for Teachers Appreciation week at a local school. The manager provided excellent... customer service. He had my order ready on time. And absolutely no mistakes on our order, Not One!!!! When we delivered ourdrinks to the school, we dropped a small amount, I had to rush back to replace the order and the manager didn't charge me forthe replacement. I gave them five stars for excellent customer service as that is difficult to find. The staff there are trulywilling to take care of their customers. I recommend this location to everyone. Read more
