I used to love subway and there was this guy that used to work there and he was always amazing with his service . However, today... I went in and saw someone new. And I ordered my regular order and I asked her for some more of the veggies and she is like weare only allowed to put 3 , I?m like all good, I will pay extra for it no big deal and she continued to say we only put 3 andstarted becoming rude. I mean I also work in the retail business so I know how some customers can be and how workers can be. I understand why the other reviewers are upset. They are very stingy with their toppings and condiments. You'll noticed the... tomatoes are cut into half slices now because that way they can give you less. They used to be full slices a year or two ago.But I wouldn't blame the employees because it is the boss who is stingy. She probably instructed the employees to do it this waysince that's how she does it. In the end, the footlong comes out to be around $12-13. I have never experienced a subway that was stingy on lettuce and spinach. I had to beg for extra lettuce which was given with a... pinch. Then I slightly receive mayo. All the customers in the line were saying the same thing ?can you put more? and this wasbecause you were given a pinch of everything. I have been a subway customer for past 15 years and never have I ever had a bad experience. However, this afternoon when i... visited this location it was my worst experience ever. I waited about 5-10 minutes just to order. After that the service wasextremely slow. The person who was making my sandwich was not following any health & safety code. Her hair was all over herface. Her hair was hovering over my sandwich. She was barely putting any toppings. she only put 3 pieces of Jalapenos and 4pieces of Pickles and on top of that when I asked for ranch and sweet onion sauce on the side, the little 2 containers werebarely filled (can send the pictures of the containers, if needed). When I asked her to add more she said she can not. Just toadd, I bought 3 foot long veggie delight sandwiches and paid almost $30 and this is how they treat their customers. what's thepoint of buying a veggie delight if there are no vegetables!!! Went in last night with my bf and the worker who was there had an attitude problem. I tell her I want the #7 , I basically get... everything that it calls for on the sandwich , I just ask if she can add on ranch sauce. Then she says ?don?t tell me you wantthe #7 if it isn?t the #7?. I was nothing but nice to this lady and she says that so nasty. People add stuff all the time lol Ijust wanted ranch sauce. And then my bf was telling her what he wants and while shes doing that , she stops goes to the registerand tells us it?s 36 for just two sandwiches and one drink. At this point we didn?t even finish the order and there?s absolutelyno way it came out to 36 when each sandwich was like 10. So it seemed to me she just guessed the price. My bf says ?how u cameup with that? We didn?t even finish the order? Can I at least finish my sandwich?. Then she says ?what?s the difference?.
