I placed an online order and the pizza was ready when I got there and the order was accurate and very tasty!
I was the worst pizza I ever had. I order extra Cheese and extra pepperoni. Will it did not have extra Cheese and extra... pepperoni and no sauce. Plus I had to heated it up when I got home. I am just 3 minutes away from there. I will never orderfrom there again. Read more
Andrew at the Ardmore location in Pittsburgh, PA was FANTASTIC!!!! After 3 attempts to place an order with the call center... idiots failed, he handled my order correctly with ease! He deserves a raise for going above and beyond. P.S. Please get rid ofthe call center workers who take the calls first?rude, oblivious, and pure idiots. Read more
Just ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese. Got the pizza home and it had very little cheese on it and it was very dry. The slip... said EZ cheese. Can't even get a phone in order correct. I'm pretty sure the box would have tasted better. Thanks for a terribledinner. Read more
I ordered a personal pan pizza and breadsticks at 7pm for curbside pickup. The estimated time was 10-20 minutes. It is 8:50pm... now. I parked outside and waited. I called time and time again, but they never picked up, even though I could see them throughthe front window, and had my flasher lights going. I went inside and my food was just sitting in the heat vent the whole time.Super disappointed with the service. Food is cold and hard now. DO NOT BUY PIZZA HERE, THEY MAKE NO ATTEMPT TO SATISFYCUSTOMERS, AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNDER STAFFED AND GHETTO. Read more
Pizza was ordered around 5 today and no one even showed up, called to say there would be a delay or that no one answered the... phone shows how unprofessional this particular pizza hut is. Pizza was finally delivered at 8:30 p.m. and we were not told thata door dash driver was delivering the pizza. Called the corporate office like 2 hours before the pizza got here and was given arefund. Truly dissatisfied and I wouldn't trust to order from them again. Forest Hills Pizza Hut is a hot mess. TERRIBLE Service We Order A Dinner Box From Them. I Should of hung up from the very beginning shame on me. The girl that... answered the phone had to be repeatedly told our order. Then come delivery the driver calls and says he?s outside I go outsideno driver. After 20mins of trying to direct him to our house he reads off the address it?s wrong and he?s on the other side oftown completely lost. So I go to call the store back because at this point I want a refund it?s been well over a hour since I1st ordered the drivers lost my food will probably be cold if I get it. I?ve literally called the store 15 times and not asingle person has answered they close at 9 I placed my original order around 6 it?s now 7:40 and I still have no food and Istill have yet to get any one on the line to right this wrong and I already paid with my card so now I have no food or money.I?m highly disappointed I will never order from this store again. My pizza had the texture of cardboard and like 2 sprinkles of cheese Edit: The owner replied trying to save face, but has done... nothing to actually help me or address this. Do not eat at this store if you value your money, but do if you're looking forquality skipping rocks since they don't sell pizza here, they sell pizza-shaped rocks. Read more
