We just stopped at this Arby's on our way home from Iowa to Wisconsin. Food was not warm. Gentleman working was complaining... about all of the to go orders (two other to go orders ahead of our four) loudly commenting "I don't understand why all thesepeople didn't go through drive thru. It would have been quicker. Sorry sir, we've been in the car for 3 hours and thought maybewe would come in and use the restroom and order to go. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not waste my time and stop at theForest Lake location again. Read more
First of all, the service in the driver thru was terrible. She got angry that the coupon was received at the end, very rude. ... Reuben and gyros were good, but when I went inside to use the bathroom, the place smelled of rancid grease so bad, it remainedin my clothing after leaving. Read more

We did an online order and it said to pick up at 8pm, so I just went in to do an order pick up. They were busy, and didn't get... my order. The assistant manager was very nice about it, took my order again and didn't charge me again. And told evey one sorryfor the wait. Read more
One of the worst places ever. Manger was arrogant and needs to be retrained in guest services. We waited at the counter for 5-8... mins as they took drive thur orders and the worker at the counter walked away from the register. I asked if he could take ourorder. I was told eventually. I said excuse me as I was sure he had not said that. He said yea in a while Super rudely. I getshort staffed I own two places that need workers greatly. There is no reason to be rude. I asked who the manger was and was toldit was him still no attempt to take a order. I did lose it in the fact that I told him needed to be retrained. Then the workerin the back that was I guess doing nothing decide to start yelling at me that I was talking to the manger about him needing takesome retraining. I guess maybe if that worker put as much effort in to work as they did hiding or yelling at me they could havetaken our order Read more
Sweet potato fries were cold, burnt, and bland not like they usually are. They gave us 4 wrong items, and made us wait 10 more... minutes than we should have, and we had to ask for the right things that werent given to us. Read more
