Wow... Cannot believe I just paid for this. Tried their food a couple months ago and it was so bad. Mushy rice and soggy... fajita.. decided to try again tonite..My bowl came with no fajita, no sour cream no green salsa, no corn salsa which I asked forextra The portion of chicken and pinto beans was very small. Another bowl was missing corn as well, maybe half scoop of rice and8 pieces of chicken. Tried calling can't get a hold of anyone... ordered online for pickup. Read more
Awful chipotle. GET IT TOGETHER.After a chipotle opens they do good for about a year then they turn into disgusting restaurants,... unpleasant managers and you never know if your order will taste how it is supposed too. Paying $10 dollars for guacamole and myburrito had none and my husband had a half of an avocado. Pitiful. Read more
I have never seen a chipotle like this. Bugs crawling all over the floor. (I do have a video of that) Every customer that came... in had the same look of discuss. They cannot blame it on lack of employees. They had plenty. This is poor management at itsfinest. Not a clean table in the place. Forest Lake's Chipotle is my favorite art gallery. This place has many ancient pieces of history inside. I've always wanted to... visit a real-life sweatshop, and the employees do a great job making this appear to be one. I love the ambience this place has.I feel like a bunch of middle schoolers were tasked with running a restaurant for a day, and they chose to run a Chipotle.However, these aren't regular students. These students are beaten, whipped, and severely underpaid. This guarantees that eachvisit will be exciting. Upon placing my order, I had to assume the reason why an employee gave me steak instead of chicken wasbecause messing up the order is part of the "art experience". I didn't make a request for correction because I felt it would beeasier to avoid more conversation with the lifeless soul behind the counter. I know the students here are trying their best, andany more complaints would mean more pain from their superiors. Don?t waste your time or money! Ordered ahead on the app, waited almost 20 minutes in pick up lane to only get home to the wrong... order! Paid extra for guacamole and ordered almost all ingredients in burrito bowl only to get chicken beans and rice. Read more
I am scared to eat my food, my oldest son really wanted Chipotle so they whole family agreed to get it. The food looked like it... was sitting in the bins all day! The are not swapping out the bins but just filling back with fresh food! Big no no. The staffwas placing food back into the bins to be served on a dirty counter. The establishment was very unsanitary. We get into the carand the first chip my son takes a bit of has a large blonde hair on it. Read more
10/24 @ 5:15pm This place is DISGUSTING! Everything is filthy! They literally dragged fresh food through heaps of old food.... Nothing looked clean and while we stood in line for over 30 minutes we watched food burn on the extremely dirty stove. Nobodytouched it once while we were there. They just let it burn. Order for pick up(not drive thru) and sign on door says they are closed. Knock on door and all 3 saw me but ignore me. Had to... walk to drive thru window(straight truck) and greated with poor customer service. Once again i dont get everything on the bowlas i ordered. This is ridiculous and sad of how low this located has gone. This aint the first time this has happened but ismost certainly the last! Read more
