Burger was old and dried out but everything that went on it was fresh. The customer service was great,parking lot clean and... clear,drive thru fast but unfortunately the burger itself was terrible as were the fries. We went to the drive-thru it was a little bit extra longer of a wait because they were very busy at 8:30 p.m. I didn't complain... cuz I just wanted to go home. The staff is always lovely and polite. But our meals were cold it doesn't make sense... If we werewaiting there for them to make our food and they brought it right out to us waiting in her car how could it be cold. The burgerswere cold. This Culver's is extremely busy, especially the drive thru. If you're in a hurry, avoid, avoid, avoid this fast food... restaurant. I went in to order, because the drive up was backed up. It was 7:05 pm. I ordered a kids meal 2 chicken tenders andsmall French fry, rootbeer. I finally walked out at 7:55 pm. ???????? The manager on duty was extremely disorganized and workersin the front were doing their best. The grill people had the food bin completely full of food and the manager couldn't figureout what went where... extremely disappointed. Think twice about going to this Culver's.
