Burger was old and dried out but everything that went on it was fresh. The customer service was great,parking lot clean and... clear,drive thru fast but unfortunately the burger itself was terrible as were the fries. I will try them again because this isthe first time I've ever had food that was no good....that's if I can pay for it. 2 single burger combos=$16.73. Getting spendyout there!!!!!! Read more
We went to the drive-thru it was a little bit extra longer of a wait because they were very busy at 8:30 p.m. I didn't complain... cuz I just wanted to go home. The staff is always lovely and polite. But our meals were cold it doesn't make sense... If we werewaiting there for them to make our food and they brought it right out to us waiting in her car how could it be cold. The burgerswere cold. This Culver's is extremely busy, especially the drive thru. If you're in a hurry, avoid, avoid, avoid this fast food... restaurant. I went in to order, because the drive up was backed up. It was 7:05 pm. I ordered a kids meal 2 chicken tenders andsmall French fry, rootbeer. I finally walked out at 7:55 pm. ???????? The manager on duty was extremely disorganized and workersin the front were doing their best. The grill people had the food bin completely full of food and the manager couldn't figureout what went where... extremely disappointed. Think twice about going to this Culver's. Got the flavor of the day peach crisp. Came blended in a cup(like a mixer) and had a filmy after taste in my mouth. Thought... flavor of the day was a single serving in a dish. Have gotten flavor of day before and wasn't this bad. Read more
Ordered a small turtle sundae waited over 10 minutes. They brought out food hot food for person behind me. Went up to counter... asked where my sundae was told them turtle sundae they handed me a melted dish of ice cream. Said was not what I ordered did notoffer me a new sundae told them to keep it. Great burgers and concretes. We got 2 butter burgers, a small fry, a scoop of ice cream, and a chicken salad to go. The drive... through was fast and easy and only took a few minutes. The flavor of the day was also Oreo Mint. So good! Read more
If you?re in the area and looking for a great meal make sure you stop in. Here you don?t get McDonald?s and Burger King quality,... you get something amazing! Their burgers are fresh, their ingredients are fresh and their fries are great. If you?re hot, buysome custard you can thank me later. Their custard has daily varieties or you can buy your favorites inside. Want something goodto drink, try a concrete mixer those are awesome. Sad that most of the choices are gone, after covid. Got a double cheese butter burger add pickles + extra pickles and only... received 2 pickles on the entire sandwich. Really bummed me out. The deluxe I ordered, with no special requests had bunches ofpickles. Wish mine could have received the same, not to be a sad Sapp. Read more
