Very unsatisfied. I order the same thing evertime. I called and spoke with them. Whrn I got my order it had mushrooms on it... which I'm allergic to. When I called and spoke with them they told me I was incorrect it didn't have mushrooms on it. Iproceeded to inform them they gave me so eone else's order she told me I was wrong then choose to make me another and I broughtthis pizza with me. I gave them the pizza even opened it and told them tell me I'm wrong on this. Grabbed my pizza and left. Forchecking things they didn't get it right. Read more
Picked my order up, but wasn't very happy. Part was burned, part was cold. I called and they where very professional with their... handling of my problems. It bumped it up a star for me. Read more
We order from Domino's all the time but this last time was a bit of a bummer. If I ever do carryout they never give our sauce... cups. Like I order those parmesan bread bites, but get no sauce? Come on now. Do better. I shouldn't need to open my boxes atthe front counter to make sure I got everything I ordered. Also, take the time to cut the pizza. Last time ours wasn't even cut.The decision to remove 2 wings from the standard order size was not a good choice. It used to come with 8 and now comes with 6for the same price. Food was hot and fresh, would be 5 stars, except they had an employee, a young blond woman with short hair in a minivan, who was... very rude. I tried to get her attention, she looked me right in the eyes, and drove away. Luckily, Noah was just getting to thestore. He was great, helped me right away, brought pizza right to my car window. picked up pizza and waited 5 minutes for it although it said it was ready when i arrived. the buffalo chicken was fine but thee... deep dish pizza had about a teaspoon of suace on the while pizza, a real disappointment. may not re-order from this place. Read more
Dominoes in Forest Lake has always delivered fresh, good food and in a timely manner. Any mistakes they have made, they have... realized themselves and taken it upon themselves to correct it. Their drivers have always been very courteous. Nice to see inthese Covid times. Keep up the good work! Read more
