This place has okay service but it has cheap and tasty food! The wait time isn't that bad either!!
Why is it so difficult to get a order correct. They're was literally 4 different people confirming the order and they still... forgot stuff. How? Place is a joke. Stop upgrading your parking lot an building and upgrade your employees and then pay themappropriately to do a good job. Read more

Went thru drive thru. Ordered at the speaker QP meal and an additional fry. Not a hard order. Got to the pay window was asked if... u had just a drink, said no and corrected them. Paid, receipt was correct ok so we good right? Get to food window, handed a dietdrink and was told to have a good day. When I corrected them on my order they didn't listen when I was saying this wasn't mydrink, had to wait for them to come back a few mins later. Finally got the right drink, then another min later got my bag offood. Didn't check the bag my bad, get home to see I only got my additional medium fry but not the large for my meal. Overallthis store is chaos you never know if you gon a get your order or someone else's or only half of what you paid for. Read more

Service was great, people were nice. Staff made sure I knew of their current deals. Restaurant has been remodeled and for a... fast food place it is very nice. Dining area is very nice and comfortable. Plenty of seating options for semi-private to openstyle dining. Bathrooms were clean. Read more
These night managers lack professionalism, integrity and customer service!!! I wouldn?t let these people run a lemonade stand... much less a corporation. Apparently they feel ruining my kids night by refusing to give us ice cream after I asked for the 11year old manager name that thought it was his job to teach me a lesson after giving me ridiculous answers and excuses about whythey had nothing I tried to order and I told them I was calling corporate to complain so their service recovery consisted oftelling me they now don?t have the ice cream for my kids so we left with not the correct amount of money that was my apparentrefund and no food! Oh and chocolate syrup doesn?t need to be cleaned in my 15 years of restaurant experience!! I come heredaily and have never had such a horrible experience as these so called managers have blessed us with today! And refused to giveme their names as management myself I think some staff development is needed! Guess I?ll be going to Burger King from now on! Read more
