Have been ordering from this location for 7 years. Ever since the ownership change sometime in late 2021 the quality has tanked.... I always order extra sauce and the pizza is always dry and way less toppings than ever before. The toppings are now 2-3" fromthe outside of the pizza, clearly cost cutting. Delivery is always slow and lukewarm whereas before it was always hot. Tried thepizza 4 times now in the winter of 2022 because I want to like it but this will be my last time. Their pizza tastes so wonderful and they always have plenty of cheese compared to others in the area!! The crust and sauce ... have lots of flavor and is definitely my favorite ???? Read more
If I could rate less than one star, I would. Short story. Pre-ordered pizza for delivery. The order showed up 15 minutes early,... at my neighbors house. This has happened in the past multiple times and we've learned to request drivers confirm the homeaddress. Called the store, they argued with me about location of my house. Asked for my money back. They refused. The storemanager showed up at my home to harass my pregnant wife about the location of the house and google maps. Threatened to call thepolice on my neighbor. And still ultimately refused to refund my money. Called the corporate office to file a complaint andheard absolutely nothing back. Pizza Hut on the other hand, made the food correctly, have no issues with delivery, and knows howto treat customers. Bottom line, avoid Papa John's in Forest Lake. Read more
Well. 1 of the 2 pizzas I?ve ordered doesn?t have much cheese on it. Literally see patches of sauce, no cheese. Usually don?t... have this issue on my previous orders. Need to do a quality check. Read more
Horrible experience to night. We ordered a couple pizzas and wanted to use the carry out special as we were picking up. I should... have known when they took my order it was going to be a rough experience as I had to repeat my order at least 5 times each item.I would not recommend this papa John's location. Read more
Apparently its okay for the GMs daughter to sleep in back on the stacks of pizza boxes while on the clock but god forbid you say... anything to him that goes against him. I use to work for this place, the GM seems so friendly upfront but the moment I startedhaving issues with my vehicle as a delivery driver he started a whole different treatment towards me which was made public toeveryone working in the store.
