I am very impressed with this location! Upon arrival we were told they were short staffed (like a lot of places) and we were... seated. I have worked in customer service most of my life and I was blown away by this staff!! They were smiling,laughing andhaving fun ???? despite the fact they were super short staffed due to people not showing up for work ,this crew was amazing!!!They powered through all obstacles with smiles on their faces, now that is not only amazing to see ,but outstanding customerservice!!! My dad always took us to Perkins. I hate to give 1 stars but it took over an hour to get our food and when we finally did my... order was so wrong I couldn't eat it. 8 months pregnant and sure I was starving they offered to remake the dish with I allowedthem to do as at this point it was almost 8 pm and I didn't want to go somewhere else. When the server returned with what wasessentially tatertots and white gravy, which I can't eat because it makes me violently ill, we decided to leave and paid for ourfood. To add insult to hunger 80% of their take home muffins were unavailable. I love this food chain as a whole but after thisexperience i won't be taking my family back there anytime soon. Read more

Waitress took our order in a timely fashion. We waited and waited for our food 45 min later finally ask our waitress when our... food will come after two tables got theirs first, they came in after us. "Your next" she says, asked why this happened andshe states our order went to the new cook. I though orders were in a order who ordered first? Recieved our order and none of oureggs came the way we wanted them. Waitress offered to have them cooked over. Why would we want that when our order was solate, are food would have been cold and pancakes came cold, couldn't melt the butter.Really. Not!!! We were greeted immediately with a friendly smile. It looked really busy but the hostess was able to find us a nice and... relatively quiet booth. Our waitress was quick to come take our order. I ordered an eggs Benedict with avocado meal. The meal was fine but i feel as though the pricing for the amount of food is on... the high side compared to other restaurants. I find it a little insulting when they go skimpy on the side dish which was hashbrowns. It was a very thin layer of hash browns that amounted to no more than a few bites. The bill for my family was the sameas it was when i went to Texas roadhouse and ordered 2 extra appetizers. The host and server was very friendly though and idon't necessarily attribute the food portion pricing to the people working. Maybe that's how much they're told to serve. Read more
