Don't waste your money! They will forget half your order and not offer to make it right. The Manger says there's nothing they... can do. Paid 39 dollars for a 2 chillis and a salad. This was our second time they forgot half our order. Thought we would givethem the benefit of doubt. We live a half hour away so going back wasn't an option. Read more
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. there was three cars in line ahead of us we waited about 20 minutes. The fries even after they... were supposed to be new and improved were cold and my burger meat was also cold. Stay away. Read more
Honestly I didn't think ???? a Wendy's couldn't get any worse. Waited 4 minutes in drive thru window before anyone greeted me on... the speaker ????. Asked lady for some ketchup with my food cause she didn't say anything to me when I first asked. Then says Ialready put ketchup in the bag. No thank you or nothing. The reason for the 2 ???? is because the food was really fresh. Read more
Long drive through line, which is understandable during lunch but when I finally got up to the order speaker it took several... minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was at the drive through. Which is unacceptable, I should at least be told thatsomeone can get to me when they can. I have seen multiple cars get out of line and leave because it has taken so long foranything to happen. I finally get my order placed, pull up to the window and I can physically see someone leaning against thecounter on their phone! During a lunch rush! There was at least still 5 or 6 cars in line at this point! I've sat in the linefor at least 30 minutes. The time frame of my lunch break, which I was now back from break late. This was an extremelyfrustrating and disappointing experience at this Wendy's. Read more
Food was excellent. That review alone would be 5 stars. However, traveling with two kids in car seats, nothing is more... irritating than getting fully out of a car and being locked out of a fast food establishment. If you are going to force me touse the drive thru, at a minimum, please post a sign that the lobby is closed. Read more
Purchased two chicken sandwiches today 4/22 @ 1:30pm. (Forest Lake) One was the "spicier" version (as shown in photo) and the... other just the crispy chicken sandwich. Both were mushy and cold. Bacon was chewy and unedible. What a disappointment. The friedpickles or whatever they were supposed to be tasted rancid. What a waste of over $12.00. Read more
I've already rated but feel the need to do so again. I decided to try their breakfast, bad idea. I got the biscuits and gravy,... it was SO awful, the sausage was burnt, and the gravy was like paste, it was thick and gritty. I also got a maple honey biscuitand they put so much butter that it was dripping out the foil. Not to mention their customer service is still horrible no matterwhat time of day you go. Read more
