Terrible service. Rush you to place your order only to get it WRONG. Served us burnt okra cooked in old grease. The lady at the... window wasn't even smart enough to give us the right condiments to go with our meals after going over the condiments in detailseveral times. Got home and realized one of our platters was missing hush puppies. Why even ask what I want if you are justgoing to give me whatever you choose. Terrible Read more

I wish I could put a -5 stars. The food was thrown in the box shrimp was burnt and the potato was a wired brown color.???? Worst... drive thru setup. Will never go hear again and nobody else should. Read more

Most fast food restaurant are good enough to keep their customers coming back. Captain D's is a prime example. Unfortunately,... it's the staff that makes a world of difference in the quality. From the cooking quality, service quality even down to thepreparation of a customer meal. With that said, today the quality in preparing my food fell very short to disbelief. I haveattached a picture of my side of broccoli...untouched other than the person who prepared it. Unfortunately, again there will bewhat the restaurant will consider a valid reason for their mistake "Oh, there is a shortage, or under staff" and expect thecustomer to understand. Went through drive-thru. It did take a few long minutes but it was well worth the wait! There were a lot of people hungry Friday... night! The food was hot and delicious! The service was great with a smile and a light-hearted conversation! The young man wasvery sweet! Read more
