I placed an online delivery order(tip included) thru the Jimmy John's app. I then called the store to make sure they didn't mix... up oil/vinegar with oregano, which has happened before. The manager said ok. An hour later, I called again to see if my deliverywas still coming. The same manager(Charles) whom I had spoken to an hour earlier tells me they didn't have a delivery drivertonight. I'm wondering why he didn't say this when I called earlier!!! And evidentally my sandwich was never made and this manis a LIAR! Because he then tells me I can't come pick up my order and that it came thru their system as pickup(not delivery)!!If it came thru as a pickup order, then a sandwich should have been prepared and waiting for me to arrive!!! And if that wasn'tbad enough, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! Meanwhile, my order is not canceled in the app and I have to wait a week for my REFUND!!!! Read more
I waited for this location to open. At 10 when they opened they said they can?t take our order because they have a ?large order?... to do first and come back in 30 minutes. The assistant manager and two ?sandwich makers? verbally assaulted my husband and I sowe?d leave. If I owned this store/ franchise I?d replace the staff. They were so rude. Read more

Having been to this location before, I knew not to expect much but my most recent visit will be my last after what happened...... The situation could have been avoided entirely if the employees have been paying attention or took a little pride in what theywere doing. All I asked for was a sandwich I'd had many times before, straight off the menu nothing special about what I wanted.It took me a minute to find a table to sit down because everything was dirty, after sitting down and taking a few bites Inoticed that it didn't taste like it usually did. I then splayed my footlong open, dug through the wadded ingredients to makesure that I wasn't wrong. I said to my friend sitting across from me "this doesn't have any avocado, That's the best part!" Mytone was surprised and dismayed but I was not at any point rude or mean. The employees were not but a few feet away behind thecounter so they heard me and they began arguing with me in front of other customers that were in line telling me no that I waswrong, that it was between the cheese and the turkey or something but I was looking and digging and there was none there,. Theonly thing green was lettuce. At this point I'm standing up to walk out and as I'm going out the door they say oh we're makingyou another sandwich and I said no I don't want another sandwich, with terrible attitudes yours that there's no telling what youwill do (the counter is not set up like subway where you can see everything that's going on, it's obscured) Also gave them atwo dollar tip as they were making my sandwich. Had an 11am pick up. Checked in 10 min early. Was told bluntly that it was an 11am appt....yep...I'm aware. Didn't get the order... until 25 after and they were cut weird. Not freaky fast and definitely not freaky nice. Read more
This is by far the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Slowest service of all. Crowded or not, you can expect to wait on your... food. Ordering ahead is pointless. Your order won't be placed on the shelves. I've placed mobile orders from 5 to 15 minutesahead: same result. They'll make you walk to the counter and "beg" for it. Mobile orders are always PAID on the app, you don'tneed to check wether the customer has paid for it or is attempting to steal it. I don't expect any special treatment but mobileorders are placed ahead of time for a reason, some of us just don't have time to wait in line. This has happened almost everytime I've visited this location. Poor management! Read more
