I've had pretty decent experience at this location, but I refuse to go back after this. I went in around 6 PM ish on 10.15 The... young man taking my order must have been upset about something because chose to take his anger out on me. He made comments like"C'mon just order" "Seriously? You adding on all this extra stuff?" "I don't got time for this. Are you done yet?" "You sure youdon't want ANYTHING else?" For context I ordered a 16" American Beef Crunch and a 16" Club Lulu with sauce and Dijon mustard. SoI guess that was "too much". Albeit I was taking my time ordering so maybe he was annoyed at my slowness. Yet the two people whoordered after me he was completely polite to. I guess because they didn't ask for extras. Jimmy John?s is a place that?s been on my radar for a... while now, and following a double shift, I was too tired to cook, so I figured I?d give it a try, and let me tell you, I was NOTdisappointed. I ordered four subs. Two big John?s for myself and the Ms, and two little John BLT?s for the kiddos. The young manbehind the counter, Nigel, I believe his name was, and I?m truly sorry if I didn?t spell that correctly, but he was incrediblycordial. After explaining that this was my first time at the establishment, he took his time to walk me through the menu, andeven offered personalized recommendations.
