I've had pretty decent experience at this location, but I refuse to go back after this. I went in around 6 PM ish on 10.15 The... young man taking my order must have been upset about something because chose to take his anger out on me. He made comments like"C'mon just order" "Seriously? You adding on all this extra stuff?" "I don't got time for this. Are you done yet?" "You sure youdon't want ANYTHING else?" For context I ordered a 16" American Beef Crunch and a 16" Club Lulu with sauce and Dijon mustard. SoI guess that was "too much". Albeit I was taking my time ordering so maybe he was annoyed at my slowness. Yet the two people whoordered after me he was completely polite to. I guess because they didn't ask for extras. Order took over an hr to get to me and I'm less than a 3 min drive away. For the cost of their food..if freaky fast delivery... doesn't exist anymore, I can just take my business elsewhere. Read more
The worst Jimmy John's in the franchise, by far. Please just close this store. It's never open the hours stated, rude employees,... lack of all menu options available ever. Waste of space and should be removed so a decent establishment can move in. Read more
Update from April: Waited 30 minutes for my order and then it was completely wrong - smothered in mayo. Have now waited another... 30 minutes for a replacement sandwich. Avoid this Jimmy John's if you can. Previous review: Ordered a sandwich, chips, drink,and cookie. Paid around $17. They delivered a sandwich and lemonade. If I pay for 4 items, I should receive 4 items, not just 2items. Still waiting on the delivery person to bring my forgotten items 30 minutes later. Read more
Never order delivery from this Jimmy John's. They received my order at 12:39 PM and it finally "went out for delivery" at about... 1:25 PM. The driver finally pulled up at 2:15 to drop off the order. I'm not sure why this location can't seem to figure outdelivery when "freaky fast" is supposed to be their thing. The sandwiches (two of them) were fine, but the service was awful. Read more
I?ve never done this before, but I felt compelled to following my visit. Jimmy John?s is a place that?s been on my radar for a... while now, and following a double shift, I was too tired to cook, so I figured I?d give it a try, and let me tell you, I was NOTdisappointed. I ordered four subs. Two big John?s for myself and the Ms, and two little John BLT?s for the kiddos. The young manbehind the counter, Nigel, I believe his name was, and I?m truly sorry if I didn?t spell that correctly, but he was incrediblycordial. After explaining that this was my first time at the establishment, he took his time to walk me through the menu, andeven offered personalized recommendations. I was in and out in a flash, and the family and I surely enjoyed our meal. Thismight?ve been my first trip to Jimmy John?s, but it certainly won?t be my last.
