Save your money and time! Simply, the worst! Orders are never delivered in the promise window, manager never answers phone and... employees are rude! Last order resulted in no pizza delivered and a refusal to refund my money. How hard can it be to deliverpizza within such a small radius or at least be kind to customers when you know your service standards are below par. This iswhy local pizza joints are so much better! This is the third time I ordered a parmesan crusted barbecue chicken Papadilla. First two times I got the papadilla without the... parmesan crust. Ordered an epic pepperoni without pepperoni apparently... what a joke...never again..
Never know how long a delivery will take. Sometimes it takes 40 minutes sometimes it takes 3 hours - no exaggeration here. On 3... separate occasions, I ordered the spicy garlic dipping sauce and just got the regular garlic sauce that comes with it. It wasonly like $0.75 extra, but annoying regardless. Read more
Really nice folks who own/manage this store, and quality of the food is in line with what you'd expect from people who work hard... and care about the end result (which is just to say no complaints about the actual pizza). The notable letdown is always thedelivery, and to the point it's just a better call to get carryout instead. My problem is that I only get delivery pizza onpretty rare occasions, which is just about often enough for me to forget that it's not a good idea when ordering from here. Thebig issue is that it just plain takes forever, and even worse they just mark the pizza as delivered online once the clock goespast 1.5 hours, which is basically every time (or at least it has been for me). No one's ever been rude or discourteous, butit's of course a bummer to wait that long and get lukewarm pizza. It's also pretty odd to call and say "I don't have a pizza,but it says my order has been delivered" and have the person on the other end respond "yeah, that's just because it's been overan hour and a half..." Cool story, lesson (finally) learned: don't be quite so lazy, get off my butt and do carryout. Read more
