This store has goofed my order three times and taken money from me. Twice, I ordered delivery on-line using the Subway app. ... The money was taken out of my account, including delivery and tip. Then I never got the delivery ? once because the storeclosed before the delivery person arrived and the other time because the store claimed my order had been canceled (I had notdone that). A third time, I picked up curbside delivery, but, when I got home, part of the order was missing. All threetimes, the store refused to refund my money! The store also makes it impossible to complain, as does Subway corporate byrequiring the store number from the receipt, which, of course, I didn?t have, never having received the delivery. One of the best subway, I have ever head. Staff(Jay) is good and welcoming.
I would just like to say thank you to Jay & Rocky for my amazing fresh platters for my church event. It was fresh and delicious... and so neat! The whole process was so professional beginning to end I just want to say thank you again guys and if you need areally good subway to patronize with this is definitely the one I would recommend hands down! Usual healthy and yummy variety of food. Inflación has even affected their meat prices due to the ongoing COVID-19 variants.
