I ordered at 10:12am, Thursday one black lady at the drive thru didn?t listen carefully. She scanned right away my App, without... listening. Unfortunately we weren?t able to reload my card to earned points. I also want to use my rewards. ????She?s notsmiling too. I always ordered Starbucks to different locations. But only this location really annoyed me. Coz every time Iordered I always reload to my App to earned points. But this lady has a poor listening skills. My order is Ice Caramel machiato,non Fat with no vanilla pump. But still my coffee is very sweet, as a matter of fact I removed the vanilla pump to lessen thesweet. But when i got it, it was so sweet. How come?? Pls improve guyz. I can differentiate the different Starbucks locations, ican really say which is better. My sister also complained her Passion fruit is very sweet. Read more

First time here since the new construction and outside of the interior furnishing and the building facade being of a modern look... this location lacks EVERYTHING else from good customer service to cleanliness. I had to ask to have a table wiped down and theyoung lady who did it had an attitude. Then there was the issue of them having a register drawer that was low on change at 5PMin the afternoon. When I asked how that was possible at that time of day the same young lady who wiped down the table exclaimed?because most people use cards?. My experience was one of which I will not repeat and it also capped my purchase to just abottle of water. Hopefully Starbucks corporate reviews the Google reviews so that this can be addressed. I LOVE THE WEEKDAY TEAM. Symone is the manager I believe. I decided to come on the weekend, and I?ve never been more turned off... than I am currently. I came inside the Starbucks to order a tall coffee Frappuccino. I?ve just been standing here waiting andwatching many other drinks being made ahead of mine. I don?t understand. I?m a patient person but it?s hard when there is noline inside to understand why I?m waiting so long for my beverage. The flow system is strange. I hope someone can figure thisout and make a better weekend set-up. Read more

Don?t even waste y?all time going I went inside to avoid waiting in the line too only be inside for 25 minutes waiting on 2... MOBILE ORDER ITEMS along with another customer waiting the same amount of time , after the baristas finally realized I waswaiting a while they tell me they have no cold brew , I took what they had with a smile ,after telling them I been waiting inhere since 1:16 to pick up my order at 1:16 . the drink was OK I?ve had several experiences here that haven?t been givingSTARBUCKS CUSTOMER SERVICE , they almost only seem to care about the drive thru because ain?t NO WAY , period Read more

First time in a while it's open with supplies, so I stopped. The picture below is what I received. Let's just say never again,... I knew better and did it anyway. Funny part is, they said have a nice day. Customer service is subpar and retraining in drinkmaking is essential. Read more

I used the drive-thru option at my "USED TO BE" favorite starbucks. Store#7372 located in Forestville, MD. on Donnell Drive at... 5:11pm. I ordered a Grande White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino w/Almond Milk. After waiting for 25 min to get my drink, it cameout completely WRONG. I order this drink allIIlIIl the time, so I know what it looks like. She proceeded to hand me a drink. Itwas white, not brown like it usually is. I said "what's that?" She stated "your drink" I shook my head, and no that's not what Iordered. She stated" yes it is" I tasted it, and tasted like a vanilla bean Frappuccino she insisted that it was the rightdrink. I explained to her that I order this all the time. How is she an employee there and don't know what a starbucks drinkslooks like. Are you'll hiring just anybody? I left the drive thru unhappy, and upset because I didn't get my drink, and Iexperienced very poor customer service. I will never buy anything out of there again. They have lost a longtime customer.
