When we first got seated. It took about 20 minutes before anyone said hi to us. Then the waitress who supposedly going to serve... us .(Tamya) was friendly to start but her frustration became evident when she came back 20 minutes after that with a watereddown version of what was supposed to be a long Island iced tea. We asked for the manager and had him tell the bartender to whipthat up a certain way. The atmosphere seems casual, but the service was not very professional. The manager moved us to anothertable and gave us another server. (Points given for that) The main kicker of this visit was the fact thst they "space out"drinks 30 minutes between shots and mixed drinks. This concept is new to me. I am seriously asking if anyone knows "where theydo that at" ANYWHERE? EVERYWHERE? That whole ordeal was the worst, but that honestly was to be expected from that specificlocation and I've had past experience with bad service from this company period. Large enough establishment. My meal was nothing special and rather blah! My date said he enjoyed his burger. BUT... Here's... where it fell apart for me: I didn't like nor appreciate the swiftness and/or abrupt movements of our server. She twice removedplates without bothering to ask if I had finished, until she had the plate in her hand - as if it was time for us to leave. Therestaurant was NOT crowded and there were not enough patrons for us to be hurried, nor made to feel rushed from our table. Shewas constantly removing items from our table, almost as if she wanted us gone, quickly. The meal that I couldn't complete, wasin a takeout container. So one could logically presume that the napkins should accompany the takeout meal. However, she nevereven asked if we wanted the napkins, and YES - she removed those as well. She didn't treat them as trash, she simply took themoff the table. Were they going to be given to another patron? Who knows? .. So Yes!! That whole scene disturbed me. Me and my family stopped here on our way back from a day in DC. Our waiter was very attentive but the music was way to loud, Had... to yell at the person beside me. Ordered a glass of wine and the glass was filthy. The salt grinder had food stuffed inside ofit. Staff had 5 kids sitting at a booth with another staff member watching them. The waiter brought food out one at a time andnot on a tray so we had to wait for our whole table to be served. We have been to several TGIFRIDAY restaurants and this wasjust not a good one. We were given plastic silverware, very flimsy and cheap plastic silverware, to attempt to cut through food,which was not a easy feat by any means. This place could be much better. Read more

Let’s get right into it. This place really need some kind of help!!!!! It’s crazy how much the staff plays yells ignores the... guest and just party! Celebrating my Divorce, my sons' 17th Birthday and Officiating a Wedding all within the same week. The Strawberry Henny was... exactly what I needed. This place is okay the place is short staffed which means you could be waiting a bit for your food. Out of the 4 times I have... been, 2 times they forgot to take into account my diet restrictions. The manager took my order the last time, but brought theincorrect sauce. It is okay, but it lost It's luster for me. I would go back eventually, but not now. I have to find me a newspot. Read more
