I ordered online. When I got there they were still packing my items. They then inform me that none of my drinks are available.... They were all soft drinks. They had no soft drinks except MellowYellow and Dr. Pepper. I was offered lemonade at no additionalcost which was great. I live less than 3mins away. When I got home the food was cold ???? Read more

09:05 am, raining, and the front and side doors are still locked. Myself and another potential customer voted with our feet and... drove away. I can't think of any valid reason to give you a second chance, either you are a restaurant that responsibly opens ontime or you aren't. Read more

Stopped through to get a quick meal, what I thought anyway. My daughter and I walked in and was immediately greeted with an... employee complaining because she needed to leave as she had been there all day. I definitely understand her complaints,however, the customers shouldn't be the ones to suffer because other employees didn't show up for work. After about 20 minuteswith no update on our order, I requested a refund for my daughter order. Yet, the original cashier had left.and someone elsewas now at the register taking orders. As we stood there, orders were being filled at the drive through and no one has given usour food or asked what our order was to ensure good customer service. Even after stating that I wanted a refund, there was notype of reconciling by ensuring that we get our order.. the refund was processed without any hesitation. I love to go intoestablishments in my area, however this is the reason why going to the suburbs is best for better customer service. As we stoodthere, there was no professional at all!!! Upper management really need to go through and clean out the bad seeds. Read more

The food is good obviously but they need more staff. Service is super slow. Drive through was super long so I go inside only to... find another line. None of the workers are saying anything to the 10 people standing in line. No sorry for the wait, nothing for10 minutes. I left without ordering. I know it's a lack of staffing issue so I will be back. Read more

I went to Wendy?s for lunch for my son and I, when I arrived I ordered a 4 for $4 and $5 biggie bag. There was no line... surprisingly because this wendys is always packed. After being excited that there wasn?t a line and I was able to get my foodquickly I noticed that everything was actually horrible . For starters whoever was on the fry machine redumped the old fries,nuggets is stale as hell , the burger was hot that was the only good thing. The place just re opened and I?m very shocked thatthis happened. I went back to give them back the food and have them re make it . The manger acted as if it was nothing lol,while telling them to watch for the time. I do understand that everything is timed and y?all may be trying to get the time downwith the people in the drive through but ENSURE PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO COMR BACK ENSURE FOOD IS HOT FRESH AND READY THE FIRST TIME! If I could I would give this Wendy?s a ?-0 stars?. The staff lies about who is a manager, they don?t honor their coupons and the... assistant manager Tyree could barely read. The customer service is literally nonexistent. What happened to this Wendy?s? Beforeit?s shut down for ?improvements? it had wonderful and professional staff but now these individuals are NOT fit to fill theposition they hold.
