I?ve tried to give this a chance time and time again. Not only are the prices unreasonable, not only does it take 20-40 minutes... for a basic order of 2 bagels, they almost never get the order right. My husband literally just walked in with the wrong order,again, and is so annoyed because the girl asked him 4 times to clarify what he ordered yet still got it wrong. And it?s for our3 year old so clearly substitutions are not an option. Officially done with them. Read more

My wife swore these were the best bagels in town since under new owners... My first time eating here will definitely be my... last... ????...The bagels smelled extremely foul (like a dirty wet dog), not just one or two, but all of them smelled as if theywere dipped in toilet water. The "home fries" were literally just way over cooked potato chips. The only thing that was good wasthe breakfast wrap. Would not recommend. Read more
Good thing about this place is you are greeted with a smile ???? I got there a few minutes before they closed without realizing... that they were closing and the woman didn?t hesitate to serve me. I also wanted my ham and Swiss to be warmed and she had noissue doing so?? and then she went from the register area and went to slice the ham with no gloves on and then placed it on thegriddle with her bare hands?. All 3 thin slices of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese. Then she made the sandwich with no gloveson. She then washed her hands and came back to the register to charge me. I paid $13 cash for a 3 slice of ham and 1 slice ofswiss sandwich, bag of Doritos and a Snapple which she counted with her hands and placed the money in the register. Then shebagged my food and proceeded to give me 4 mini bagels free of charge because she had made to many but once again threw them intomy bag with no gloves on AGAIN!!! The place is cute a d clean but they need to step their game up on common sense. This is 2021and you don?t touch food with your bare hands anymore in case you haven?t been out much lately. Sandwich was good but lacking inmeat and cheese and just unappetizing as I knew it wasn?t made with 100% care. Unfortunately due to the lack of common foodsafety procedures I probably won?t be back or recommend this place. Read more
Got a French toast bagel with butter, firstly there's hardly any butter, showed the lady at the register and she said rudely... "yeah, we only put it on one side" but the side that had butter hardly even had any. Secondly, the bagel was hard as arock/stale and had absolutely no flavor, I'm being 100% honest when I say it tasted like cardboard with powdered sugar andcinnamon on top. Would never go back. I've made 2 ingredient weight watchers bagels that taste better than this place. Read more
Good food for the 1st visit. They just made fresh bagels when we go there. There pork roll is sliced very thin compared to other... bagel stores. We asked for extra pork roll on our bagels but because of the the thin slices we couldnt tell when we got home ifit was extra or not. Good price for the food. Clean and very friendly (MUCH better then prior owner)... but they got my order wrong... so/ok busy Sunday... but the REAL... PROBELM is "portion control". They MUST slather on the cream cheese - that's the only way to make a proper bagel. In particularI enjoy smoked salmon (lox) and do expect to pay now about $10... but the portion (3rd time) was very thin (about 1/16th vs whatit should be about 1/4 inch) making me unhappy and disappointed (again.) New owners - please understand that you will NOTsurvive by crimping on portions - we want to eat! If we wanted to eat the same food and save money we could easily just buy itand make it ourselves at home. You need to provide healthy portions or you will loose us. Your bagels are fine.
