Yet again a major disappointment. I gave the benefit of the doubt, thought maybe the last few times were due to short staff or a... busy day. since new owners taken over it's been horrible. Penny pinching. Disgraceful, things I've received from this store.Wrong items, shorted on items, completely wrong orders, cheep my orders. Once ordered sides of nacho cheese sauce and receivedactual shredded cheddar in the little black cups. Tonight I got what looks like half a teaspoon of nacho cheese sauce in all 3of the cups for the nacho fries ordered. Do better. Used to be good. Can't stand that it's the only close one to me. Went there as a delivery driver. Three drinks for pickup, none labeled. Two bags, only one labeled. I knew my customer did not... have a drink so I asked if the other bag was for my customer. It got passed around the prep area, no answered me and it got putback on the pickup shelf, still not labeled. So I left. Guess what ... customer messaged me they were missing part of theirorder. So the unlabeled bag must have been theirs. I won't be picking up from TB for the foreseeable future until they get theiract together (nor will I eat there either.) Food was yummy, but the service SUCKS! And it?s DIRTY! My eleven year old niece wiped down the ?cleanest? table she could find... for us to sit to eat. The bathroom has toilet paper all over and is just disgusting. And the cashier was extremely rude and gavean attitude because she gave only one cup when we asked for three drinks with the three of us standing right there in front ofher. I'm not mad but I'm just disappointed with their service cuz I was specifically clear to the young man on the drive-thru lie on... ice and they filled my cup all the way to the Tower with ice, I haven't even eaten quarter of my meal and there's no drink todrink out of my drinking cup now I have to share with buddy a drink and now I got to stop at Moe's to buy myself a drink .... Absolutely love going to this store in Forked River NJ .(Clean )also the moment I get in the store they have my food ready. I... have not been to TacoBell in a while.Due to being very busy.The employees working here are very nice and polite.Such a pleasuregoing and I am picky eater but they always seem to get it right.
