The cleanliness is on point. The second I saw the chef walk out, and the bartender hand him a shot before going back to work?... that did it for me. About every 30 min you smell burning, because instead of properly cleaning im assuming they?re turningthings to high heat in the back. we saw numerous waitresses taking shots. It?s just very unprofessional whether on shift or off.I understand this isn?t a high dollar Gordon Ramsay style place, but just felt off after seeing all of that. We saw one personsshot go through 4 different hands before figuring it out and one beer going through three hands before guessing where it went.All while the owner played pool. Pool tables cost too much. They?re very dirty. The food is just so-so. I?ve had better cheeseburgers and onion rings at... Whataburger. The onion rings had no taste. I was served with only my food. I had to go get my own napkins. You would think thatanyone who serves someone any food, would know automatically that napkins are needed. All in all, a very dull place. The bearded monkey pool hall/bar is a pretty nice place. It\'s clean, the staff are friendly and they have reasonable prices.... My friend and I went there today for lunch and we both had more or less the same comments. They have bar food and it\'s qualitybar food. I had the burger pictured and my friend the pizza. Both meals were good but not the best in town. They were farabove any fast food but there are better options in town for both the burger and the pizza. What I\'m saying is that while Iprobably wouldn\'t come here specifically for the food, if I was already here and got hungry, I wouldn\'t be disappointed withwhat I had. Read more

Cool local sports bar here in Forney. It has a basic bar and some pool tables. The pool tables could have had a few more of the... accessories to play pool with. The waitress was super cool and attentive. We didn\'t get anything to eat on this trip, but Ihear it\'s good. Read more

This is the best burgers in town. The burger is real beef, seasoned to perfection, bacon was on top and bottom!!! The fries... were hot, crunch, seasoned and regular size can feed 2 people. We decided to try this place last night. The staff is super friendly, the fried mushrooms were amazing. There wasn\'t much to... say about the other food. Wrong burger came out for my husband but they were super apologetic, replaced it with the correctburger and even comped it. Wish they had more comfortable seating for us fat people, but we will probably go back to try otherfoods. Our overall experience was good, the burgers were made with fresh ingredients and the service was great but a little slow... (lunch). The atmosphere was laid back which was nice. I would recommend Bearded Monkey if you\'re looking for a place to grab abeer and burger in Forney. Read more
