Went to this location at 9:45pm there was a girl at the window along with a guy outside the window and another girl. I will... never never eat at this location again. The girl was talking about her Boss saying that she will make a good wife one day andsaid she told her parents thought it was weird. The Powerade smelled and tasted like some sort of cleaning product the fries wascold and the sandwiches was sub par. I always had high standards for chick fil a. Customer experience goes along way. Normally have a great experience but not this time. Ordered breakfast on the app before breakfast was over. The app accepted the... order and told us to head over. When we got there it asked we put our table number in but when I did, it had cancelled our orderas breakfast had ended while on the way. Poor system and waste of time. Read more

This is by far the worst chick fil a I've ever dealt with. 3 out of the last 4 times I ordered a frosted lemonade was messed up.... Once it wasn't blended, completely separate. Twice I never received it. Two different times the chicken was beyond burnt (lookslike dirty grease being used too long to me). One time the large fries maybe were the equivalent to a small if that. Out of thelast 10 times I've ordered only twice has everything been correct and good. I mean they could at least credit my Uber eatsaccount with a free sandwich or frosted lemonade but nope they just continue to disappoint. Read more
Went through right before they closed. They weren't short with us for coming through late. The girl in the drive-thru actually... told me I was absolutely beautiful (instant five stars! ????). The service was quick and accurate and this Chick-fil-Adefinitely lives up to the company reputation. Read more
I don?t care how long the line is because it still moves surprisingly fast for the amount of customers present. Plus this is... like the only Chick Fil A in Forney so of course the line will be long. The food is always worth it! One time they did get myorder wrong so that?s the only reason I?ll give 4 stars just to be fair. Other than that, I love Chick Fil A so much. Read more
