Worst experience ever. Asked for the appetizer before and waited 19 minutes to see it came out with the meal. I sent it back... too. The server rarely came to our table to check on our table. They next came back when we said we were paying cash. I had togo to the bar to get them to figure it out. Never going there again. Read more

The wife and I stopped by Chili's for a quick stop last night 10/23/2022 about 7: 00 PM and had the best experience from this... Chili's. The Manager on duty was on the floor overseeing the operation and helping the staff and keeping all flowing smoothly.This is the way it should always be, we were greeted, served and out of there in 45 minutes and we took our time. They never have enough staff to cook the food or wait the tables. We will not be going back again. The food we were allowed to... order was not even good. It was old. If they can?t utilize the whole restaurant and menu then they should find an alternative tomake money. Put pool tables in half of it and just serve appetizers and drinks. I mean that?s basically all you can serveanyway. So you may as well make the best of it. No eating here again. Don?t recommend. Read more
Although the wait time was terrible, it was no fault of the waitress. They were extremely understaffed and orders were not... coming out correctly so I hope they get this figured out soon. However, when our food did arrive, it came out hot and tastedgreat. Read more
Poor customer service from waitress, we got in and had to wait and watch other customers that came in after us get served while... we just sat there and waited for a while. We got up and left and went to the Chili's in Terrell by the shopping center, thecustomer service in Terrell was exceptional and this was a super packed busy place, but the waitresses were awesome to us. Assoon as we sat down, the waitress came over, didn't overlook us. The one in Forney was not packed at all, the person at thefront was super nice but we were overlooked by our waitress, who served others that came in after we did before coming over tous (and I'm saying we had waited for a while and after waiting, another family came in and immediately got served by our samewaitress), I don't want to be quick to say discrimination but that's just what it looked like. Haven't been this location in awhile because always so busy, they where not busy @ 3pm on a Friday afternoon. Had a good... waitress, good meal, & awesome hubby to enjoy a meal with for my birthday. We'll be back again soon. Read more
Ordered online did the curbside take out. Waited over 20min for my food even though I got there in the time frame given. Then... once I got the food it was cold. Like no heat at all on my fries like they just been sitting up. Manager was no help when askedwhy did I not get my food hot and when it was ready. Poor service smh Read more
