We found this place because we were going to eat next door and just saw it and decided to try them out. We loved it. Nice clean... environment. Cozy setting, love the actual fire rotisserie! I decided to finally try this place out, unfortunately I'll never get that hour back. They were a little short staffed, but they... were also really distracted with themselves. They would just look at the walls beside us and pretend I'm not there, nor theother customers. They must have been observing the chicks hatch from their eggs. Then my fried chicken was served so cold thatit even started shivering. After all this, i dont know why I was so surprised that it was very bland. Cowboy chicken has great chicken and service. I really enjoy their homemade ranch dressing, but let's be real if you are going... to charge me for four ranch dressing you should at least fill the ranch cups all the way. The worker said she was instructed toonly fill them halfway...I find very cheap to save minimal money. I know times are tough but you can ease up on ranch cheapness.Shame on the owner or manger for allowing this to happen. Very disappointing. Read more
