It?s not that difficult to make a sandwich the way that the customer asks for it to be made after waiting for 15 minutes with... only one other car in the drive thru and no people inside. Every time in recent history that I?ve been to this location I?vesworn it?s the last but continue to give it second chances. There will be no more second chances. I don't have issues with any other locations and this is my go-to cheat meal for the week. I generally order from Plano/Murphy... area but this location is terrible. Keep in mind it's lunchtime.. I get salad with brown, soggy greens and the minibon was hardeven AFTER I microwaved it like it was left out overnight. Again, I enjoy Schlotzsky's but AVOID THIS LOCATION! Read more
I ordered a Cinnabon and a long red hair was on it. Upon returning it I noticed none of wore a hair net. The service was nice... and they did apologize. Please wear hair nets. Read more
