I love Taco Casa but this one totally disappointed me. Drive thru took a long time. I ordered 1 hard taco with sour cream, 2... soft tacos with sour cream and a Tostado with extra sour cream... We realized we had more "taco packages" on the way home..needless to say I got 5 bean and cheese burritos and a tostado with NO sour cream. My tostado was so soggy it folded easily likea taco. I had my heart set in those taco and that sour cream. I live 20 minutes from this location and didn't realize it was allbean burritos. I'm hoping it was it was simple mistake but I wasted $15, gas and my receipt was correct. Come on Taco Casapeople love yall, yall can't make these types mistakes. The worst ever. Placed order 3 times. Youngster couldn't even get it right. I asked young lady at window to repeat order.... Naturally it was wrong. Got to the house food was cold and still not correct. I wasn't the only one either. Others orders weremessed up as others got back in the drive thru line. Employees were obviously horsing around. Updated 9-9-2020 - the bean burritos here have been going downhill for some time now and its nowto the point where I don't understand why they're so skimpy with the beans!?!? The sweet tea is oh so good! The tortillas arealways soft and delicious! I don't like their nacho cheese. It tastes a little watery and salty, but not really like I thinktraditional nacho cheese should taste. If they changed their nacho cheese and put more beans in their burritos, I would givethem 5 stars! Read more
Atmosphere, well it's a small strip center location, interior is decorated fittingly. Service was fast and the staff was very... attentive and helpful! The food. The food is another story. It's been a long time since I really enjoyed nachos, but thesewere spot on. All the trimmings and plenty of crisp chips. I would tell you how the other food was, but it was gone before Igot to taste it! Absolutely will be back. Read more
