I arrived at Panera at 9:30 am and asked for a breakfast soufflé. The counter employee told me that they sold out of them at 9... am. She proceeded to say they open at 7 am and only make two batches of soufflés for the entire breakfast period which ends at11 am on Saturday, and would not be making more. Like wow...I thought getting there 1:30 hours before breakfast ended wouldensure the likelihood of me getting one of my favorite breakfast items. Boy was I wrong!!! Read more
I am absolutely FLOORED at how amazing the customer service is here, they forgot one muffin in my order since I had a bad day I... decided to call and just explained I didn?t have my muffin and they told me to swing by before closing to pick mine up.Jennifer, the GM gave me 3 pumpkin muffins that are my FAVORITE and chocolate chip petite cookies. I wasn't feeling so hot today so I wanted some broccoli cheddar soup even though it was like 100 degrees here lol. At the window... I had gotten way mixed up which was inevitable as I now realize I somehow had both my canceled and newly issued cards in mypurse. Without question, the staff handled me with such kindness. I was still a bit confused before we left, and I don't knowif I said thank you. I'd like to thank your staff for their kindness and gracious service they showed me today. Great customer service and atmosphere. Food ok but they are starting to not follow the customizations that are simple,... requested. Example, extra onion and I get 3 small rings. Love the tomato soup, chicken salad sandwich, and the French bread!!! Read more
