Tried getting some food last night around 2 am. I pulled into the drive through and sat for a solid 10 minutes. No one answered... me on the intercom so I got tired of waiting so I pulled forward to go somewhere else and the employees were just standing thereand knowingly ignoring me. And this isn't even the first time it's happened. I understand that it's late but they were openuntil 3 so deciding to turn away and ignore customers an hour before close is unacceptable. A pretty standard taco bell experience here restaurant wise - nothing new or exciting (quite clean inside though!). However, the... service here is always fast and friendly. I've never gotten a wrong order here and that's pretty impressive. Definitely worththe stop if you're passing by and want great service! Read more

Oh man.. We ordered from here the other night & they forgot to put part of our food in the bag.. Had to go back.. Asked for no... lettuce & tomato on bowl (all of this was printed on the recipe) & had to take it back.. Then had to go back & get beans forbowl that they forgot to put on.. Only 2 small pieces of chicken in bowl.. Better check your order from here people! Read more

This is one of the few Taco Bell locations where they get my order right every time I put it in I could not recommend this place... high enough yeah they have a young staff but these kids are really paying attention to making sure your order is done properly Icannot express how much I appreciate how much effort they put into what it's supposed to be such a simple product. Anytime youorder at a place like McDonald's or Jack in the box you expect subpar service especially from Taco Bell they have their ownreputation but even since I was a kid I cannot deny the fact that I love their food. It's really refreshing to get the chance togo and eat at a location where they actually cook edible product. Two thumbs up to the team working here. Keep doing a greatjob. I hate that in customer service you usually only get extremely in-depth feedback when you've done a terrible job and whenyou do a good job your customer might tell one person but if you do a bad job they'll go tell a hundred people, well I hope 100people hear about the good job you guys are doing over there. Ordered Mexican pizza combo last night that comes with taco SUPREMES [sour cream added]... apparently the associates on shift... were too lazy to actually process order correctly. I brought back the tacos and thankfully the crew on duty today took care ofme and even gave me a free drink while I waited. At least the Mexican pizza was good! So glad it's back! Who ever was working 5-16-22 just before 9 pm made my ridiculous order perfectly with all my stupid request and labeled my food... for me! Then the girl with the big multicolored braided buns made sure my order was right before giving it to me. Doesn?t soundlike much more than what they are suppose to do but if you know fast food then you know these people deserve a raise! Becauseclearly they care to do the job correctly while most people don?t get paid enough to care. (Not that I blame those people eitherlol) I?m a pretty understanding person and these people made my night better just by putting the care into my order after anawful day the small gesture of just caring turned my day around?? So after going to taco bell for the first time tonight and spending 56$ just to get home to realize that none of the food is... even really edible, aside from the cheesy roll ups, which let's face it you really shouldn't be able to mess that up!! I wentahead and made a phone call, talked to the daytime manager I'm assuming, Tee, she had agreed to replace my order! Cool, thankyou, I appreciate that! Take my time to drive all the way back up there just for her to have a major attitude at the counter andbasically have a marker thrown at me to sign a receipt for the replacement order. They send me out to my vehicle to wait, asit's a big order again I understand, they bring out a bag and the lady practically dropped it in my lap... I get being rude butyour in customer service and I'm not the one that messed up my order. Now here's where I went wrong, I DIDNT check before Ileave... classic mistake yes but I have 3 kids at home who are HAAANGRY!! So it's a rush against the time clock to get them fedand ready for bed. Get home only to see that they couldn't even replace the whole order! Thanks taco bell, your attitudes willdefinitely win some awards, probably not the kindest but hey to each their own. I'll certainly be going to another taco bellfrom now on. Tee and her staff have a lack of customer service and are rude as can be. Highly recommend making a driveelsewhere.
