By far the worse one I've been to. Went at opening and there's trash everyone in the booths. Clearly wasn't cleaned the day... prior. Disgusting establishment ran by Disgusting employees. Just poor work ethic and laziness. Came here to leave a comment,and saw all the other ones claiming the same thing. Makes sense now. Trash employees ruining a reputable franchise. Read more
Went through the drive up. Chicken was moist and had all 11 spices & herbs. Very tasty. Coleslaw not so much. Biscuits were... light and delicious. Read more
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Pot pie was so hard and burnt, few carrots, no peas, and barely any chicken in it????. Ordered online... and they charged me for hot wings only to tell me they don't sell hot wings in the establishment so I'm tryin to get a partialrefund and don't get me started on the ants in my bag that we're after my cookie that was included with my pot pie meal. The food was Luke warm and the taste was a less than adequate. The service was slow, at first glance we though their was only... worker in the place but after a few minutes of waiting to be waited on several people came out of the office. Read more
Online says dine in, we stopped for dinner and the doors were locked. (With a little girl holding a baby looking at us.) As we... were driving out of the parking lot, they unlocked the door for another couple. 5:45 pm. Guess they only open the dining areafor family. Read more
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! But you fix that by not supporting them any longer.....Prices way too high for your team to a. Leave out... parts of order (I got a 7 piece which suppose to 8 and no biscuits) called about the biscuits because I didn't know about thechicken and I was literally hung up on 9 times....you ask for supervisors phone number....you get hung up on then told thephones don't really work....well I don't know why they don't a 8 piece meal and 6 wings is $35 so your phones should work reallywell if you have 10 customers a day lol!! #kfc is a joke #just DONT do it Read more
First, they made me wait at the drive-thru speaker for 7 minutes, I order a 4 piece chicken strip meal, they said it would be 3... minutes. I waited there for almost 15 minutes, they had like 6 or 7 people up in there doing nothing but playing on theirphones, i saw 6 people fly by me with their orders before i saw someone come out with mine, then they forgot the sauce i toldthem to grab.. i mean come on, it's not rocket science.. worst KFC ever. The food was good, but it wasn't my original order. Their computer for online orders accepted my order and charged my card. Got... there, they were out of Chicken pot pies.
