This location and one of the stores downtown Macon, Georgia are always so bad about their frozen coffee machine being messed up.... Being from NE, I grew up at DD. In Georgia, DD is hit or miss. There are a few shops in Atlanta that do a few menu items (not... all) or service very well, but usually not both. Imagine my surprise when pulling off the freeway to stop at this shop attachedto an Ace Hardware. The two ladies running the early morning worked together like a team and the drinks and food were perfect.This is my new DD stop to and from the city. Great job! Read more

Today I ordered the 2 bacon and cheese roll up and a pecan latte, hot. I also ordered 10 count munchkins for my lil munchkin... ???? I normally love the pecan latte. I love my Dunkin!!!! N this one was so cute and well kept and the service was Excellent.... BRE took my order, packed my donuts... and made my cold brew caramel ice coffee, all while efficiently training and helping on drive thru; in like 2 mins. I visit Dunkin regularly, today I was in a work vehicle that would not go through the drive through, so I decided to go in to... place my order. The lobby was locked which was fine I had no problem with that. As I turned to walk away I saw the feet of aperson so after looking closely it happened to be the homeless guy that lays around town (Forsyth, Monroe County). Nothingagainst him or his situation but I was kinda blown that he was allowed in to lounge around and I as a paying customer was not. Read more
