They have horrible customer service and never got my order. I placed an online order at 10:15 am today. Got to the restaurant at... 10:45 am and the cook stated he wasn?t making online orders. I said I would wait. I sat in the restaurant and around 11:41am theassistance manager let me know the cook burned my food and it would be an additional wait. I asked for a refund and because itwas an online order, I would have to wait for my wait to credited. So at the end of the day no food, no money , and time I can?tget back . Never again Read more
Wow wow wow. I haven't had service this bad in a long time. When I say everything was wrong, I mean every one of our four orders... was wrong. It was our first time eating at a Huddle House as well, so it really did leave a bad taste. I don't even know whowas to blame, the waitress for not putting the order right? Did she put it right and the cook messed up? Then why didn't shecheck it before bringing it out? While we were sitting, I watched three people take their food to go, and all three had to waitfor something missing after they checked their orders. Normally I would write a scathing review sooner, but I was really upsetso I waited. So this is a delayed review, since I was here in January 2022, so if things have changed forgive me. Read more

Walked in at 2pm on a Saturday, said they were closed had no servers. I seen three employees and asked why they were there and... they replied it?s the end of our shift. I just don?t understand why one employee could not be our server out of three but that?sjust poor business practice. Read more
