Went through the drive through this morning and everyone was so sweet and quick! Michelle took our order and was so kind. The... lady at the second window was very sweet as well! Definitely helps making peoples mornings better with kind people. Even betterall of our food was hot and fresh. Read more

I will tell ya that this location has staffing issues. But the lady working this morning was doing her best. She was working... both drive thru and the front. If there were more people like her who wanted to work the fast food business would be so muchbetter. My hats off to her and the folks like me who patiently waited and sympathized with her. Read more

Overall the experience was poor because our order was missing an item. The employees were inconsistent, so I can't say it was... the best customer service. Although I have had much better service at a McDonald's, I've also had this same experience atdifferent locations. Read more

Pulled through drive through. When no one answered after 5 minutes I pulled to the window to make sure everything was okay.... There were only two worker, poor things. The lady rolled her eyes and opened the window. She then interrupted me multiple times.I was just trying to ask if they were open and if everything was okay. She then slammed the window shut on me and walked away.They are apparently not taking orders due to being short staffed. Which is understandable but she did not have to act like thatwhen I really was being nice and just checking in. Staff your locations and check in on your employees. They are not well. Youneed to do better McDonald's. That employee has probably been through hell trying to keep up and run YOUR business. Read more

The cashier was attentive and patient as we ordered. The store appeared clean and neat. The only reason I gave 4/5--I... originally wanted an icee, and the machine didn't have a necessary piece. Not the fault of anyone there that day, I'm sure--probably another item "out for delivery. " Read more

So disappointed to see a franchise that started the whole concept of consistency of cleanliness, quality & taste across... restaurants to have fallen so short. The number system tied to the kiosk was available for orders to be brought to customers attheir table. But, the counter personnel just yelled out orders, not numbers, for customers to come back to the counter to pickup. There was construction material clustered in 1/3rd of the dining area. None of the tables had been bussed. French fries wereunder tables. The toilet paper holder in women's restroom was in pieces on the floor along with toilet paper. I've seen cleanerrestrooms in gas stations. So sad! Read more
