It is 8:28 right now and I left Moe's about 15 minutes ago. They are already closed! I went in to place an order and they said... they were closed. Sign says open though, also online, until 9pm. I lived here for 3 years and since opening, this has been theabsolute worst Moe's location I have ever tried!! And I try them all! I even looked into franchising myself, that's how much Ilove Moe's! If I could give zero stars I would! We stopped here for lunch around 12:15 on a Friday and the chairs were still on the tables... as if they were closed(but the open sign was up). There were 3 younger teens taking orders and checking me out that didn?t seemto know what they were doing! All the booths were dirty. The food was not good at all! Chips were stale and the food tasted likeit had been sitting out for days! The ?kids? had enough down time while we were eating to clean the tables and put the chairsoff of the tables since they were OPEN!! Here?s to hoping we don?t get food poisoning!! Read more
Please hire some competent employees I had my last bad experience with this place. We were happy to have a couple new... restaurants in this small town but if they are always short staffed and mismanaged then they might as well have not opened atall. Nothing but bad things to say about my only couple experiences with this place and will not be back. Staff is rude and whenthey can actually find someone to open the store they don't have anything freshly cooked, and both times out shells to make astack. On my last visit the young man started to fry a shell in the deep fryer and another women walked by and told him he wassupposed to tell me they were out so at that point the young man stops what he was doing to tell me they didn't have anymore,sorry but i needed to order something else after he had already attempted to toss some fresh in the fryer. I left because ofpure stupidity and laziness on their part. I've never seen a Moe's run this poorly! Read more
This Mexican restaurant is so-so, but I am a discerning Patron, because of coming from California, where the Mexican restaurants... abound and are mostly very very good! I probably won't return. Read more
Not good, tortilla warmer broke, chips were in a bag and stale. Burrito was handed to me with bagged chips (no trays). Coke... machine out of order, dust and dirt caked to walls behind it. Tables were nasty had not been cleaned. Only one person workingbehind counter. Oh , the napkins were papa John pizza napkins located next to Moe?s. Read more
Staff was so courteous and polite, all were younger in age and were so kind and accommodating. It's nice to see that these days.... Great job! Clean store and always great food. Read more

TERRIBLE customer service. It took 20 minutes to make a mobile order. We arrived and they took care of every single customer in... the line in the store before even starting our order. They ignored my husband standing and waiting. Then, we get back on theroad (we were traveling), and my daughter only has half of the order that we paid for. Avoid this one if you need a correctorder in a timely manner! Read more
