I called my order in so I didn?t have to wait as long, however when I walked in Caitlyn assist me with my order and asked... Britney to check me out she replied ?I?m on a break? then walked up, during the whole process she had a attitude because of thefact that she had to get up and actually do some work, furthermore I asked her could she type my card in because my strip on mycard was damaged she yelled ?I did and it declined? so I showed her my account and said ?impossible? so she walked off and satback down so after 2 minutes I looked at her and held up another card then she pointed at caitlyn who was already running backand forth doing other things to check me out so once she was finished she apologized for Britney?s actions and gave me myreceipt. No stars. They need to clear their payroll and start over. They didn't greet us or even acknowledge our presence.
Night shift is horrible? Body Language from the cooks are horrible cause they don?t wanna cook your food? never picks up phone ,... they?re grits are always lumpy and never fresh or attempt to make any more.. this is not a one time experience this has happenmultiple times.. the whole shift needs to be fired honestly.. What?s the point of ?to go orders? if they refuse to answer the phone so a person can order their food. This store was knocked... down and rebuilt. Once they reopened, it has been the worst WH. This particular location look newer than it did on my last visit here back in Aug.2020. It was newer on the inside. The men's... restroom was clean. The food taste Great as well as the coffee. I had left around 4:20am in a hurry this morning to get mygrandson and his girlfriend to work in Griffin, Ga. by 6:00am and forgot something very important and was not able to pay for myorder. Normally I wouldn't have stop but I had to use the restroom. I order a scramble egg sandwich with a side order of baconand coffee and did not realize that I had no way to pay for it until after I had enjoy my sandwich. I told my waitress (Denise)my problem and she told this gentleman (Rusty) and Rusty offer to take care of my order so that I would not have to drive allthe home and back up there to be able to take care of my order. My husband and I went here tonight. We saw a "rope" strung across the eating area. We asked if they were closed. The waitress... was seated in the back with another person said no. She proceeded to get up and put on her apron. We asked if we could sitanywhere and she responded that they were short handed and only taking carry out orders although there was someone eating at thecounter. We turned to leave and said we would not ever come back. This is unacceptable. As we were leaving a gentleman hadpulling a trailer. First visit to a Waffle House. Food is average (the bacon was way better than the waffle) and my server was great. Eating at the... counter you get front row access to all the restaurant drama. Waffle guy was having a bad day and it was only 10 A.M. and he wassure to make sure everyone knew it... Prices are pretty low, so that's a plus. Read more
