Went through the drive through on my way home to pick up food for family and didn't get everything I ordered or payed for even... though it was even repeated back. Be sure and check your order before you leave. When you live the distance I do from therestaurant it's not worth the trip gas or time to go back. Also didn't receive my receipt. Read more
I ordered three meals. They got one sandwich on my order incorrect. Went to return it, explained it was incorrect and then... they took about 3 large orders infront of me. I had to ask if someone was remaking it, like 15 minutes later, they had no ideawhat I was talking about. So 15 minutes later I got my correct sandwich, everything else was cold. Good chili, stingy with crackers, spoons and napkins. Even when asked for. Had to ask for more. Also ordered the chili with... cheese and onion.... this was the first time and place I recieved my chili with whole onions in it like they would put on aburger. Lazy is a new norm now days. The food was good, however, the dining area was closed so the drive-thru was the only option. Unlike Chick FIL A, their single... line wrapped around the restaurant and their under-staffed crew was extremely slow. I fault the owners and managers, not theworkers. Great service and wonderful staff. This place es busy and they all worked together to get the orders correct and out in a... timely manner. Both car line and inside were busy. I was given the wrong order. Baked potato was not completely done. The guy who served us was pleasant and smiled.
