I usually love zaxbys..and I rarely complain about service anywhere but..I placed my order thru drive thru..after I paid I was... told to pull over and wait. Stopped by for lunch and got a big zax snack and dined in. My food was given to me with a cup of Cole Slaw and I was told that... the store ran out of fries. Mind you, it wasn?t even lunch time yet. The store provided NO customer service and refused toprovide adequate compensation or even an apology for the inconvenience . If i wanted chicken fingers and a drink, I wouldn?thave ordered the meal. Well first off, my sauces were thrown in a bag and one of them was busted open. My grilled sandwich was sloppy. My salad was... made incorrectly and we got no forks or napkins. Service on Frontline was fine. Presentation food wise was not. Read more

Well, I've been to Zaxby's all across the Southeast, this one is perhaps the slowest, most disorganized I've ever been too. The... food is great! But pulling into the drive through, making a simple order of a chicken finger plate, being told to pull up intoand parking spot, and then waiting 15 minutes??? It was right after opening time. I?m not sure y my fries looked like this. How can I eat these? Let alone my kids. This is ridiculous too much salt. Zaxbys if I... was still close by I would ask for a refund. The salt got on my kids grilled cheese and the chicken tenders so this was really awaste of my money and time stopping at this exit for food. Large menu with lots of chickens :) quick service delicious meals, really good salad. We loved it.
