I enjoyed my experience at Applebee's for dinner. Service was good and the place was clean. I actually left my wallet at home... and they were very understanding. The only thing I didn't like was that my table was sticky and I was told it was from thesanitizer they use. Read more
Staff was friendly and helpful and the food was great. Odd that the table surface is always sticky! Still, a pleasant meal!
Has gone down hill big time. First they charged us twice for a pickup order . Then they never refunded my credit card for it .... So we decided to give it another try today and they managed to screw my sons burger up 3 times tonight . Waitress was very nice, but I can?t say I will be in any hurry to go back . Read more
Got on the list for a table of 6 and was told 30min. We waited outside and came in after 25min. We asked how much longer on our... wait and were informed they never put us on the list and we would have to restart our wait. When we voiced our frustration attheir mess up we were told we could eat elsewhere. Read more
Food was undeniably great but the other aspects of the store is not recommendable. The guy who ushered us to our seats was not... pleasing & friendly. Table was sticky (saw another review on this & it's true). The place was warm. My kid's food was like theplate was straight from the microwave. They didn't have any dessert available (should place notice by the door). Read more
Usually very pleased with the quality of everything. Nobody to wash dishes, so they serve plastic ware to eat with. Not so... good cutting a steak. Blonde brownie that had always been a favorite is now served cold ?? And they are out of the Vanillamaple sauce for the dessert that I wanted extra that I paid extra for and had to get a refund.. WOW. Next door (TR) is packed, can't even get in the door and Applebees has a dozen people and now it's a 45-minute wait for people coming in as we areleaving. Read more

Food was really awful, the potatoes are not freshly mashed. Powdered box potatoes which were microwaved and the appetizer... artichoke and chips were stale. I wouldn?t spend money here, this is the long john silvers of dine in restaurants. Read more
