The woman who runs this store runs a tight ship, she really takes pride in her store. Very clean and orders are always on point.... The wait is never too long. Totally automated menu. No more waitress. No more handheld menu with helpful photos. You have to order at a kiosk. The food is okay but this is the first time I've been to a steak n shake since COVID. The no longer have servers and contact... with staff is limited. The menu is also more limited. Staff was fine but bring back the old restaurant because it's more than ageneric fast food place. Read more
