The staff have no idea what they are doing. Management doesn't know what they are doing. Handing out wrong food to the wrong... people. Waited 20 minutes after being pulled up for food. Never offered a refund until asked. Never even got our food. This hashappened multiple times at this location. They need to get someone in there that can run that store properly. It's a joke. Food came out cold and burnt don't ask me how I have no idea. Burrito was not made the way it was supposed to be made. Chip bags... were practically empty. This is our only choice for eating at a taco bell. Although just another fast food chain restaurant, the servers were very... friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. The food was fast and didn't look like it was just thrown together without looking. Read more
Staff made us wait for 4 minutes for whatever reason, fine. The. They asked what we wanted (4 soft tacos with no lettuce).... Almost a minute and a half later they made us re-order. The food we got was correct and tasted fine, but it took way longer thanit should've to reach the window. Then they wouldn't give me a receipt once asked.
