Well to start, don't buy from here. I came in with the Family, bought 2 Ultimate Platters and a kids breakfast meal. The... Ultimate Platters should be renamed the ultimate disappointment because that's what I got. The picture shows a pile of baconwith the platter and we got was 1 and a half peices. Totally skimped. Second, I was double charged for coffee. Each plattercomes with a coffee but was still charged two extra coffees. The cashier guy who took my order was nice. So no complaints there.The manager could be heard from sitting at the table making fun of people going through the drive-thru. But overall superdissatisfied and disappointed, Burger King had always been a favorite of my mine. But today was not a great comeback. Read more
Drive thru service is terrible! No one in front of us and still takes for ever to take order at speakers. Food finally comes... (burgers) and is a warmed up mess. No wonder people go to McDonald's. Read more

I go to this Burger King almost every morning for some chicken fries. I'm always greeted nicely and the food is always made... fresh. I would say, this is one of the nicest run BK's in Wisconsin. Read more
Huge thanks to Kasey for being so genuinely kind to me. My brain wasn't working today and I hadn't been to burger in a while so... I go ask for "chicken fries with sour cream and a Jr chicken cheese burger" LOL I was so embarrassed! My face was burning redhot! She helped me laugh it off and made sure I got the sweet and sour and cheeseburger I actually wanted and everything was hotand fresh! Every once in a while I think about going to burger king, and then I remember why I don't afterwards. They always mess something... up. I'm assuming this place pays the worst out of all the fast food establishments in the area and it is reflected. At least theguy at the window was polite. Read more
We stopped the other evening at 6:05pm. Everything was already shut down. We tried again today. 2 of 2 Sandwiches were wrong.... Both were also cold. The fries were great.
