The manager and team are great there! They helped me in a pinch this morning even though they don?t have bakers on Tuesdays.... You really never know what you?re going to get! Clear they struggle with staffing issues, but I have patiently waited for coffee... the last Three times I went there I got something I did not order. I never even knew they had blended hot chocolate until Iordered a Carmel frozen coffee. The donuts are stale. Do yourself a favor, go across the street to Kwik Trip and get bettercoffee and donuts for 1/2 the price. Read more

Ordered online and items were immediately available. The place was in need of cleaning, but after speaking with the worker he... said they have been running short of staff for a long time. You can have timely, clean, or accurate service... but you canonly choose two of them. I am overall pleased and not deterred by what I experienced. Read more

This is the slowest fast food joint in Jefferson County. I stopped today for the third time. In 3 trips we spent 57 minutes in... line waiting for a box of donuts. This morning after waiting about 20 minutes we finally got up to the window. The guy workingsays "what did you order"? I said are you kidding me, you should know that. He gets all ticked off and whips hos pen. I alsonoticed an older loading boxes of donuts without gloves on. You would think gloves would be required, not just grabbing handfulsof donut holes and loading them in boxes. Will not be back. Read more
I stopped in because I had been to a Dunkin in another city and had a spectacular Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese. The one at this... location was so-so. Tomatoes tasted old. But the worst part is that the place was extremely dirty. Wet dirty napkins on the pickup counter along with dried on spilled soda. Looking in the back as my sandwich was being made, there was garbage on the floorand the gentleman making my sandwich didn?t wear gloves. Above all, at the time I stopped in it wasn?t busy at all. Clean up! Pick up the garbage instead of walking over it. I know this isn?t fine dining but I expect it to be clean. Read more
I wish I could rate higher. Staff is always pleasant and certainly trying their hardest, but management (maybe local, maybe... corporate) needs to get creative to fix staffing issues. Due to staffing, the lobby is regularly closed, forcing everyone to usethe drive thru. If you ordered through the app, you can?t exactly back out, so you?re forced to wait in the long drive thruline. I gave myself a 20 minute buffer and was still late for work. At the very least, they should leave the lobby open formobile orders, as they don?t require a cashier. I also regularly have items missing from my order, often times getting just mydrink and then having to wait for them to make food from scratch because they hadn?t started it yet (making the wait time in thedrive thru worse). Again, mostly the staffing shortage to blame, not the workers. Read more
