Your pizza awards is not worth having I never use them because I cannot use those rewards for what I usually order from you... which is usually wings occasionally a pizza. Many of the local businesses around here in Fort Edison allows us to use the rewardpoints towards any purchase and that is so awesome. Also you are not offering any salad options for delivery. Horrible service, horrible food. Literally horrible store. They closed down the very large indoor dining room likely due to... inability to manage that level of responsibility. The store is filled and ran by incompetent workers. Read more
I ordered a pizza they said it would be ready in 15 min I pulled up to the window to pay no one there. I parked the car and went... to the door it was locked went to the window again had to bang on the window, finally someone came. He gave no apology. I'vebeen going to Pizza Hut for over 50 years, this was my worst experience and the worst pizza I've had from them. Read more
Buyer beware! Menu prices do not reflect the prices they put on your bill! My boyfriend ordered 6 wings and the menu price... listed was 6 for $8.99. He received 5 wings instead of 6. We discussed it with staff and they were helpful and agreed to takeoff a beverage and extra sauce. This was nice- but when we received the bill the order of wings for 6 bone-in was $11.50!!! Holycow! Mind you- these are not particularly great wings to begin with, they simply are what they are- but wrong number in theorder and a $2.50 price hike! SMH. Staff produced a sign (posted god knows where) that states their menu prices do not reflecttheir current system prices ??????? Just be advised; check your orders twice for accuracy and verify pricing item by item orexpect to pay god knows what. Menu price attached for reference. For what we paid all-in-all we could easily gone out forsteaks. Lesson learned. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I usually order dominos but they've been closed the last couple days. I ordered a dinner box... at 10:28 pm and it said 11 pm for delivery. My food never came, nobody called. nothing. It's 11:50 pm now and I've tried callingthe store several times but they just ignore my calls. This is unacceptable. Not only was the food not what i ordered, but the customer service was atrocious. The manager laughed at my complaint and called... me ridiculous. I don't want your 5$ store credit when I spent over 40$ worth of food and you messed up the main thing. Thepizza. It's not the customers fault that you're understaffed and busy. A simple call to the customer could have solved the issuebefore they sent out my food and made changes to my order that I didn't approve of. I had a double order of bread sticks amongst other items in my order that was supposed to come with two cups of marinara. I... called the store and informed them I only got one. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and polite; however, the manwho took over the call told me, "Our cook said he put it in there so I don't know what happened. Unfortunately we can't doanything about it right now." And half of my boneless wings were as small, if not smaller than a McDonald's chicken nugget. It'sa shame as I think Pizza Hut has the best garlic parmesan sauce, it's literally my favorite! Read more
Good pizza and service. Cups of sauce for bread sticks were cold though ????
