Went thru drive-thru Saturday and apparently it was ahift change so girl on mic told us to wait a minute,while they switched. So... 5 minutes later I decided to just go on the store. No one there to wait on me at all. 2 people sitting there said the girl justup and left. So went to subway which was very well staffed got a couple sandwiches and went on our way. Don't see this storebeing open much longer. Might be a good thing. Read more
We ordered using the app while on the road trip. They look our $34, but the building was closed for maintenance during normal... business hours. No indication on app or website or even a sign until maintenance guy came to tell us. Working with bank to do acharge back. Read more

Great place and friendly staff customer ahead of me in drive thru had very large order and all I wanted was a strawberry... lemonade and cinnamon twists for my girlfriend and so I called ahead to make sure that they were open and when I got there andtold them I was the guy that called they said to come up and very generously gave me the strawberry lemonade and cinnamon twistsfor free so thanks a lot guys great customer service Read more

First off they were literally taking one car order at a time, so we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I ordered a... cheesy bean and rice burrito I took 2 bites opened it up to the pic I posted. There was no cheese and some type of siratcha hotsauce on it, along with barely any thing else. I've never had that on it before. No tomatoes or sour cream on my chalupa and Iasked for nacho cheese and there was a squirt if that on it. I tried calling but of course no one answered. I will try againlater or tomorrow, but my experience here was all around HORRIBLE!!! Oh also barely any ice in our soda too. Read more
Photos sent to me the person said that the staff is always on his/her phones which is why they move so slow not to mention there... are people who work alone in the stores and that's why the lobby is always locked so if you want better service you should applyand make your own food Read more
Worst take out experience ever. Drive-thru was backed up so I went inside and only ordered 2 items. I waited 45 minutes for the... wrong food. Never going back! Read more
