Music was super loud hip-hop. I had to raise my voice to order like I was in a nightclub. And making sandwiches was "freaky... slow." This is the second time it has taken 15 minutes to get our sandwiches at this store. Hardly what Jimmy John's advertises. Read more

Absolutely unbelievable! I have now ordered twice and not received food! The first time I ordered within 10 minutes of closing.... I was promptly called back and told there was not enough time to get my order to me. FOOLISHLY, I tried 2 days later, this timeordering at 715 and not a word! After 8, no update on the app, no call from the store! I tried calling the store multiple timesfrom 740 to 8 to complain, but no one is answering! I absolutely LOVE JJs, and choose to eat there whenever I travel, as there isn?t one close to where I live. I was looking... forward to a delicious, soft bread Turkey Tom for lunch?but didn?t receive what I craved. I used the app for pick up, and uponarrival it seemed only 1 person was there, so I had to wait a few minutes. The lady in front of me (whose order was going to bemade after mine) asked for her sandwich to be cut in half?.I did not request mine cut, but it was. It made car eating achallenge as the wrapper and sandwich wanted to flop over. My first bite was disappointing, as the top half of the bread washard and solid half way down to the inside. Crumbs everywhere, and it scratched my mouth in a few places. I had to stop eatingafter a few bites because my mouth was sore. I waited to finish my lunch until after I arrived home a few hours later. To eatsomewhat comfortably, I literally had to smash the sandwich to break apart the hard bread and hope the mayo softened it some inthe couple hours it sat while I drove home. This was my worst experience with JJ?s, and my next order I will be sure to check tobe sure the bread is soft and fresh. Read more
Best Jimmy John's in the area! Friendlier, faster, and more flexible than the other locations, and a convenient in-out location... when going southbound on highway one. They are just south of Ft Belvoir, and know their customer base. This is the first JJ'sI've encountered that gives a military (retiree, in my case) discount. Come for the addictive-as-crack bread and freshingredients, come back for the pleasant counter people and management! Read more
